We are very pleased with our bathroom and downstairs cloakroom installations. Well worth the wait. Formosa provided an excellent planning service - their attention to detail and patience was greatly appreciated. Craig expertly fitted both suites and took great care to ensure minimum disruption. No snags. Highly recommended.
This is the second time we have used Formosa, first for an ensuite and just had a downstairs toilet. Once qgain, very professional from design to installation, Alex does such a great job with attention to detail. Will definitely use again for the main bathroom.
What a shame I have to write this review! I used Formosa last year to refurbish 4 bathrooms. Earlier this year one of the four shower developed a problem (which was rectified quickly - it was a 5 minute job to correct), however a second shower (in the spare bathroom - hence not often used) has developed the same problem. As this fault falls outside the warranty period of a year by a matter of days (my final payment to Formosa was made 21st May 2021) Formosa will not repair the fault without me incurring costs).Clearly there's a fault with the shower and I see no reason why I should incur additional costs.I have no issues with the quality of their installation (Tom Rice did an amazing job fitting the bathrooms) however this after-care/customer service isn't what I would expect from a company I spent over £20,000 withSuch a shame!
I just want to thank everyone at Formosa Bathrooms & Kitchens for the brilliant job of designing and installing our new kitchen.Rachel and the showroom team were very pleasant and thanks to Craig for doing a great job of fitting it!Top class service!
